Before we step into a new week, I wanted to share a writing quote from Beverly Cleary, a well-known American author of Children’s and Young Adult fiction. She says:
If you don’t see the book you want on the shelf,
write it.
My interpretation: If there’s a book missing from a shelf that’s never been written, and you believe people need to read it, you have several options. But you should pick this one: sit down and write it.
Her quote was more concise than mine, but you get the gist. 🙂
